Sapphire Balconies asked us to produce a range of ads to promote their solution to a number of different issues:
Fire: Following the tragic events at Grenfell Tower, the Government updated the building regulations banning the use of combustible materials in external walls of high-rise buildings including balconies. Sapphire’s balcony solution not only complies with the new regulations but because of the factory-fitted metal soffits their balconies can actually reduce the spread of fire to balconies above and below the source of fire.
3D balcony design tool: Sapphire’s own CABS (Computer Aided Balcony Specifier) software is a powerful online resource aimed at architects and specifiers to help them bring their ideas to life. Sapphire’s objective was to drive more traffic to CABS to show users how powerful and dynamic the design tool is.
Modern Methods of Construction (MMC): Sapphire’s revolutionary Glide-On balconies are pre-fabricated off-site and are rapidly installed which saves time, money and reduces risk.
